So far, so good.
I do intent to wear this ring long term, but I wanted to offer my feedback on it after a couple days of use. The most important thing for me is to have a reliable sleep tracker. I’ve tried using my watch, but I don’t like sleeping with a watch on. This smart ring fills that void for me, as it is comfortable to wear. I am a size 12 and this ring fits me nicely. The sleep tracker has worked well so far. It tracked my main sleep period, including a 30 minute period I was awake and went back to sleep.This ring has an included charging case included, which has a 200 mAh battery built in. Charging is very easy. You just put the ring in the charging case and it use’s magnetic forces to position it properly and charge the ring. The heart rate monitor & 02 sensor seem to be accurate vs my smart watch. The step count also matches up pretty well with my watch.I will update here if I feel differently in the future, after long term testing.

    I bought this particular smart ring as a Christmas gift for my husband, as he has told me that he does not like wearing those smart watches. I had been researching various smart rings for the past month, and this one seemed to have the best capabilities for a smart ring compared to some others. The biggest thing is usually never the ring itself but the software that is used for health tracking that has always been a problem when using smart devices. I can honestly say that this one is worth the purchase, mainly due to the app’s decent health, exercise and sleep tracking capabilities. My husband’s ring size is normally a size 8, which I ordered, and fits his finger perfectly. Now I haven’t seen any scratches in regards to him wearing this ring to work out, or using it when putting his hands in water, which is great so far. Plus, this ring’s associated app was easy to set up, we just had to make sure the ring was inside of the charging case for the Bluetooth to recognize it on his phone. So far, this is pretty nice for an inexpensive smart ring, and my husband loves it, so I think it’s a winning device.

    The ring is comfortable and looks great. It charges quickly and lasts about 5 days between charges. The size runs a little smaller than standard US ring sizes so be sure to measure to get a good fit on the finger you’re wanting to wear it. The biggest problem is the app, which is very basic and not the most user-friendly. If you’re expecting this to provide you with more than raw data, you’ll be disappointed. The step counter is pretty accurate, but the sleep data is not. The ring also doesn’t seem to automatically check my heart rate or blood oxygen without me prompting it to do so. This is not really a reliable substitute for an Oura or RingConn and I’d recommend you spend the extra for a better ring if you’re serious about your tracking. If you just care about step counting, then this is more than adequate.
