Love it!
This was my first time doing gel nails and I LOVED the product! Great price! Instructions were clear. The gel, solution and base/top coats are excellent quality. The only reason I took away a star is because the light it came with for curing was not good. I had my own one I used from using the gel nail polish, and that worked beautifully. I also really liked the brush and file from the kit. I got ao many compliments today at work. I already ordered more color!!! Word of advice, the key is good nail prep and take your time!

    I’ve loved using this set. It looses a star due to the lamp going out within a month with low use. Amazon made it right. That aside, I love the polygel. Very user friendly, great to learn and good quality. I’ve been getting 3 weeks of wear. Nail prep is key to that. I’ve seen many reviews complaining about nails falling off. That won’t happen with good prep. I love the colors. Many are great skin tone colors. The clear is harder to use, it’s stickier. It is crystal clear, very nice. So use more slip or rubbing alcohol. Both work just fine.

    The drill had worked so well! I was doubtful but I’m happy with it. It’s not a professional drill, so don’t expect that. If you press too hard while drilling, it will slow or stop. This is both good and bad. I kind of like it, so I don’t injure myself with a friction burn, but it can be frustrating also when I’m filing off polish or my extensions. For a beginner it’s great. Keep it on low until you practice a bunch.

    The paper forms are okay but don’t stick super well. They do the job, but you have to keep pressing them together.

    The forms are good. They fit my nail plates better than another brand I got. They release easily.

    The gems are pretty too. I used them once.

    Overall a great lit to start.

    Screw nail salons. This is genius and I’m mad I’ve spend hundreds of dollars on acrylic! No more painful nail beds, no more heavy fingertips. It definitely takes getting used to and finding techniques that work best for you but it’s fun to play with, gets easier, looks amazing, and if it happens to pop off you’re not waiting to get it redone by a salon. They are pretty strong, I work in the cannabis industry and these nails can HANG. 10/10!

    I have been doing my own nails for about 4 months, I was using tips with gel glue/polishes and I really struggled with flooding my edges – I finally mastered my technique but I had a problem with changing my nails weekly, which was not helping me in my journey of strengthening my natural nails.
